How To Enable Email and Text Alerts in the iQua Water Management App

To receive critical notifications from your water softener, you must first enable text or email alerts on your app. 

1. Click the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the iQua Dashboard 
2. Select Device Management, then Alerts
3. Enter your email address and/or your phone number
4. Select the Alerts that you are interested in and how you want them sent to you:
• Low Salt Warning - Text/Email
• Flow Monitor - Text/Email
• Excessive Water Use - Text/Email
• Water Shutoff Valve - Text/Email
5. Click Save Changes
