I have an Error code.

Err07, 08, or 09 - continue below:
1. To clear the code from the display screen, go ahead and press and hold the RECHARGE button for 3 seconds.
2. Wait a few minutes - If the error code is displayed again after a minute or two, we recommend that you replace the water shut-off valve. If you're still under the 1 year warranty, Contact Us. Otherwise, visit our replacement parts article.
I'm having connection issues.
1. You'll want to start by opening the app on your phone.
2. Go to the bottom of the main Dashboard page. You should see a trigger for 'Water Control' (in red below). It can be turned on and off by swiping or touching the button.
3. If this 'Water Control' button is faded or doesn't seem to be connected, we'll need to fix this. Unplug your softener.
4. Go ahead and plug it back in to reset the connection.
5. Now you can exit out of the app (closing it fully) and then open it up again. Has the connection been fixed?
- Yes - Great! Your troubleshooting is complete!
- No - Continue with the directions below.
6. Unplug the softener from the wall outlet again.
7. Remove the top cover. Click here if you need additional instructions.
8. You'll need to take the faceplate off and flip it around to get to the wiring.
9. You'll notice the shut off valve wiring is connected on the side. You need to disconnect the wiring from the control board by pulling it up and out.
10. Now, you'll reconnect the wiring by pushing it back in with the wiring the same way to connect properly.
11. Go ahead and plug the softener back into the wall outlet.
12. Now it's time to re-establish the WiFi connection between the app and your home router. Click here for directions.
13. Once your WiFi connection is back up you can check the 'Water Control' button again and confirm you're able to change it back and forth from the Water On and Water Off options. If so, you're good to go! If the issue persists, please Contact Us for further troubleshooting help.
