Never received an activation email?
Confirm your email address was entered correctly and resend activation. Check your deleted, flagged, and spam folders within your email. If the activation email does not come through, you may want to try creating an account with a different email address.
Activation Email Displaying Incorrectly?
Confirm the device you are using is displaying in English. If your device is set to another language, you will need to delete your account (instructions below), and then create a new account on a mobile device that is set to English language.
To delete your account:
On the home screen, click on the Edit button.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose the 'Delete Account' button.
