Why Does the Time Keep Changing on the Screen?

If the time keeps reverting ahead or behind after setting it on the softener screen, you'll need to adjust the timezone in your app.

1. Open the iQua app and chose your softener. 

2. Tap the Settings button (gear icon) in the bottom right corner. 

3. Choose Device Management > Display Units > Time Zone > Scroll to top of the list for time zones that start with U.S.. You'll want to chose one of these U.S. options versus finding your city lower on the list. 

Note: If it keeps changing on you, try resetting it by selecting a different time zone for 5 minutes and then go back to your time zone.
