If you're having trouble logging into the iQua app, follow the steps below to reset your password.
1. On the main login screen on your mobile app, click the 'Forgot Password' button if you need to reset your password, or are having trouble logging in.
2. On the next screen, you'll fill in your email.
3. You'll get confirmation that a reset link has been sent to your email.
4. When you receive the email, you'll want to select the link to update your password.
5. You'll create a new password, confirm it and then select 'Update'.
6. On the next screen, you'll get a confirmation that your password was updated.
7. Last step is to open up the app again and then log in with your username and new password.
