If you are having trouble logging into the iQua app, follow the steps below to reset your password.
1. On the main login screen on your mobile app, click the 'Forgot Password' button if you need to reset your password, or are having trouble logging in.
2. You will be sent an email to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email, and then attempt to log in again with your new password.

You keep saying you will send an email to reset my password but I never get it. Have tried several times. Fix your software!
