If your iQua app is stuck on the loading screen or not metering your water usage properly, follow the steps outlined below.
1. Confirm your app is updated. We are occasionally updating our app to fix bugs and enhance features. The latest version is 1.2.7., listed at the top of the home screen:
2. If your app needs to be updated, visit the app store on your phone and click the 'Update' button.
3. After confirming you are up to date, navigate to the water usage screen and pull down on the screen until you see the circle loading icon, then release:
4. If the water usage does not load, confirm that your water softener is metering your water usage properly. To do this:
a. Hold the Program/Select button until '000' appears, then let go.
b. Turn on the hot water side of a nearby faucet, and confirm the '000' on the screen is counting up.
