How do I start a manual recharge?

Initiating a recharge will put your softener into a two-hour cleaning cycle. To learn more about these cycles and their frequency, visit our Recharge FAQs. 

To Start a Recharge: 

NOTE: Your display must be showing the current time (numbers not blinking) to start a recharge.

Hold the Recharge button for about three seconds, until you hear the motor turn on, then let go. The motor will only run for a few seconds - this is normal. You will see a flashing recharge indicator on the screen for the duration of the cycle (around two hours long).
